I have sprained muscle pain on the back side of my right thigh. Unable to do any excersises. Are there any simple yoga excersises which I can do safely at home on my own to reduce this sprained muscle pain ( I believe) .

मेरे पैर की छोटी ऊंगली के पास किसी ने 15 मिनट तक दबा दिया था जिससे पैर का मास दब गया है बहुत दर्द होता है कई उपचार करने के बाद भी ठीक नहीं हो रहा है कृपया इसका इलाज बताइए
