Ingredients:
(Tsp - Teaspoon Tbsp - Tablespoon lb - Pounds gm - Grams)
Boy Choy - 2 heads (whole leaves or chopped)
Garlic - 3 large cloves chopped
Oil - 1 tsp
*Chicken Bouillon Powder - 1/2 tsp or to taste
Dry Red Chili - 2 or Red Chili Flakes - 1/4 tsp
Sesame Oil -1 tsp
*Substitute Chicken Bouillon Powder with Vegetable Bouillon or Soy Sauce
Detailed Process:
Take a wok. Keep it on medium low flame. Add oil. Add red chiles and garlic. Let the garlic slightly brown. Add bok choy. Stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Add bouillon powder and stir fry for 1 minute. Turn off heat. Add sesame oil and mix. Serve as a side dish or with jasmine rice. Enjoy!

Rolu is 8.5” inch Casa Maria Large Natural Stone Mortar. It is has been a little difficult to find the similar model. Please try on Amazon or Ebay. Road/street side vendors sell the rokali. Especially around the Kukatpally area in Hyderabad.
