It's not fried ! They drizzle just a few drops of oil. Dosas are made from lentils so it's rich in protein. Totally healthy and if you want No Oil at all then try Idli with Sambar and Coconut Chutney. Idlis are steamed rice cakes. Momos on the other hand are not at all healthy because they use Maida(refined flour).

Those are Chutneys and not dips. White one is Coconut chutney and the green one is probably coriander chutney.

the noise complaint is actually a real problem, specially in less urban areas. Mexico and its people happen to have a damn thing for music even when it's not appropriate, and the real problem is there's no real ways to stop it. That's why I ended up moving to another country. Imagine having an ill, elder, baby or dog that does happen to have its health affected by it. Mexicans just aren't aware of that, nor do they care. Might be a cheap place to live at but it does come at a price when you can't afford a decent place surrounded by decent people.

La Sagrada Familia is beautiful but it needs to be tweaked once the civil war within the Catholic Church is won.....

I read that there’s an additional tax for buildings that complete their construction. As such, if a building is “unfinished” they avoid those additional taxes. Hence the building crap on a lot of those buildings. Similar to the window glass taxes 400 years ago in a lot of European countries. 😋

Maybe the guards were just having fun with us, but they said the border was closed. They asked where we were from…Poland, Sweden, France. When I said I was from U.S. they asked where. Los Angeles, I told them. “Oh, LA! We love LA! For you, we let you all pass.”😂
