Here is how to do a modified sun salutation. Begin in forward fold. Step back to a creset lunge. Then step back onto the kness. Lower through Astanga Pranam. Glide into Cobra Pose and press back into Downward Dog. Step forward with the opposite foot forward in a lunge. Come back to forward fold.

I have some kind of throat cancer that I've been treating with my own personally invented treatment. Rhyanna Watson stuff is impossible for me now. Your classes are just right. I made it halfway through this video. It's time for another 1000mg EGcG and 1000mg Oleorupein, 100mg Lycopene, 4 g D-limonene, 5 g Arginine and 800mg Malic acid with a dose of Ibuprofen. Thank You for making these!

This is a wonderful initiation into a very very Powerful practice~ my own Yoga and Meditation practice gained life and power as the foundation of my Spirituality and Spiritual Path, once the focus of my practice shifted to the Goddess~ a Spiritual practice Grounded in chanting mantra to Her, devotion to Her, and the invocation and attunement to Her Energies~ I keep an altar to Her as a focus and vessel for Her Energies and to remain daily anchored in Her Energies~ OM Shakti OM~
