Miranda did not have the right to counsel under the 6th Amendment during his custodial interrogation because he was not in a criminal prosecution and was not formally charged yet. You may want to correct this part of the video. The right to counsel under the 6th Amendment will only attach after a formal charging. Under the Fifth Amendment, a person who is in a custodial interrogation by the police may have an attorney present during the interrogation. However, this right must be asserted by the person under custody. That is the difference between the 5th and 6th Amendment, because once someone is formally charged with a crime that carries 6 or more months in prison, the right to counsel AUTOMATICALLY attaches. Hope this helps!
i cracked up at the ending! good video

Exactly yall have taken away her soul!! She had no idea this was happening picked it up on her own. Why do you thing the game is the only ones who see what was happening. Finally some people of few are picking up on it too. Like i did.
This video was so helpful in understanding this case! Can’t wait to watch Miranda’s Victim.
This needs to be a case ever person knows about, especially if they go before a school board, city council, county supervisors, etc. You have the legal right to openly speak aggressively against public officials, even if they don't like it, so long as you are speaking against their actions and policies, not their person (no ad hominin attacks).
Excellent simple narrative!
incredible story and ironic ending. why has this not been made into a movie screenplay?
It now is!
@@sunnyalexandria thanks for the tip-off! i had no idea but i looked it up and watched the movie today. pretty good. i knew it was a good movie screenplay! cant believe it took 57 years to get made!

so generally it was neccecarty to have this banking system that had had benfits right but what benefits did this bank have it was a good bank right but why was it a good bank
The bank was to allow congress to use its enumerated powers listed in Article 1 section 8. It was necessary to coin money, deal with debt and regulated taxes. These are listed in the constitution and the bank was seen as necessary in order for congress to do this. Hope this helped!
I love this, you're so underrated, keep it up
