Im also from the Netherlands but i go to a school in Belgium and they often organise fire alarm exercices. It is very annoying because it happens in random moments.

For me the best opening for Aquarion is on turn 0 buy fishing and rush to buy the waterways tech,after that find starfish and ruins.

I feel like the bigger issue is the way multiplayer matches work. If you could browse through all available games it might be easier to find a decent match more often.
