One thing a buddy recommended recently was humanitarian rations. Basically kosher and vegan MREs but cheaper. Not good long term though I believe health wise

Maaaan.... Great look at this bag! I was so happy the hole punch compartment was more sizeable, but extremely disappointed in the lack of interior organization..... i guess I'll be sticking with my 6. Oh well...

Outstanding! I have similar for ladies in my life. What I also noticed is: the bag zipper being in middle. Funny story. In mid 90s, I was a young Paratrooper/medic and my senior line medic taught me to put aid bag zippers in middle for easy ID during low light ops. Fast forward to now. I've been a paramedic/FTO for 25 years, I still place zippers in middle and teach young bloods the same. Channel subbed!

Good stuff! This is my first year having to plan for a baby-toddler in my vehicle so now I'm redoing everything after just nailing it down last winter 😅 I may or may not have a 100L duffle I throw in the back.

We are now going to do that too The vests were also a great idea. I like that you have stoking caps and rain gear even though you live in the desert. Man, I've been using this bag for the past 3 years and that panel started bending some time ago which made the backpack not sit right. I wanted to take it out but didn't want to cut the bag or anything. Thank you so much!!

I dont know if you know this bro.. but those "compression straps" are not exactly for compressing that little bag...it is there so you can attach your moab 10 or 8 pack to the other larger rush 12, 24, and 72 backpacks to combine them together as a larger edc/travel bag and daypack combo...it is known as the "rush tier system" check it out before you cut those off.

Hate the way their front admin pockets don't clamshell all the way open. As you can see, the buck at the bottom.

The bag is so small I didn’t see any reason for the backpack straps, I cut them off. Gives me an extra zip pocket on back and the carry strap takes care of my needs. It’s an outstanding bag!

It’s paramount that EVERYONE carry a simple IFAK with them in their Vehicles just in case. This is a great video my friend and I hope more people see it, I’m lucky enough to be able to carry Narcan and an 2 Epi Pens just in case of someone needing assistance. I do recommend building your own for yourself first and not buying the ready made kits, they lack some of the items you may need personally.

Great video! I would also recommend a spare set of contact lenses/cleaner/lens case or a backup set of glasses just in case.

They make this bag in M81 Woodland camouflage now. It looks good imo.

I think the best option , for me, is to carry collapsible water bottles life those from platypus & a metal cup. I also like to carry small strips of cordage to tie a bottle (such as that liter bottle) anywhere or to fashion as a handle.

Damn thing weighs almost 2 pounds. The steel is pretty good. Its no super steel but I took mine camping for a weekend and did some chopping and split some kindling and it still shaved hair when I got home. Great knife its just a tad heavy!

Thin closed cell foam sheet around your bottle in the Pathfinder can be used double duty.

IMO the front/bottom pocket on the 2.0 is taller by a small amount.
