Ingredients:
- milk
- shevya
- sugar (or to taste)
-cardamom powder
Cashews, almonds, pistachios , resins
Tips:
You can also add other dry fruits and raisins to the kheer according to your taste.
If you like your kheer more soft, you can thin it out by adding a little milk.
You can also add kewra water or rose water to the kheer.
