Audience, one thing I can say about a pretty well tuned mustang is. They will crank with a fully charged battery and decent fresh fuel. I own three: 93 racing Foxbody sleeper with a ford stroker racing engine (over 20k in go fast parts), 04 mystichrome cobra 9k original miles stock, and 11 GT500 with 573 original miles. Of course all of them have turbo/pro-charged kits. I'm retiring this year and will be enjoying all my stallions. Life is living your dreams.

Just a note for anyone doing this , usually if you undo the bolts and drop the drivers side manifold down a bit ,you have room to get a wrench on it from underneath and undo the EGR pipe instead of having to cut it . Just a bit of cost and hopefully aggravation savings

Im all kinds of confused, this channel has trucks and cars and boats all over this guys yard which to me seems like someone over there knows a thing or two about mechanics but these videos about this little twat fart of a car mazda is seemingly over conplicated my air compressor has bigger cylinders then this thing and between two videos this has turned into a space shuttle journey 🤦🤣

These Mazda's must be different from any other vehicle I've worked on, I've never had to retime or make sure the engine was at TDC to swap a motor from a manual to an AT. The only thing I've ever had to do is swap the flywheel for the flex plate.
