"I Filmed Your Death" is an exploitation film with heart... and guts. Starring a sterling cast of newcomers as well as Peter Tork (The Monkees), Michael Horse (Twin Peaks), Lloyd Kaufman (The Toxic Avenger) and Merle Allin (of GG Allin & The Murder Junkies). A foolish young filmmaker documents a local tragedy in his home town but not everybody is happy about it.

I was lucky enough to go to the Twin Peaks S3 premier in LA in 2017. While standing in the lobby of the Ace Theatre Michael walked in by himself and spent around 10 minutes talking with us, telling stories about living in LA in the 70's and the quality of weed back then. Super cool guy and a moment I'll always remember.
Sir please compound your questions…It makes it much more conversational and natural when an interviewer connects with the interviewee by ways of actually caring about what they’re saying (and showing so by letting them talk as they please)…

Back in the day I was buying vhs bootlegs from this guy. Straight up person he was touring with GG and I couldn't wait to buy the new videos. I bought them till GG passed. Those were the days Thanks Merle.

@@MrDruism I never said that you are automatically a deviant freak for liking that film. It's a masterpeice. But if it's your number one favorite of all time that you've seen a million times, I'd count that as a POSSIBLE red flag. And just to make my point, the guy who originally stated this, Merle Allin, did have sex with his own brother; GG Allin who, albiet fascinating, was a completely out of control and self destructive deviant who himself stated that if it weren't for music, would be a serial killer. So right there, there's one guy whose favorite film ever is Texas Chainsaw and there are literally multiple documentaries about how fucked up he and and his friends and family are. But there are probably also plently of people whose favorite film is Texas Chainsaw who are really nice people who won't throw their own shit at you. But Merle Allin; probably not the best example.

I enjoyed this interview. Love that New Hampshire accent. My Aunt used to live in Derry New Hampshire. I like the part talking about the bands that inspired you guys in your youth.....you never hear anybody mention other bands from that era other than the Beatles as being an influence. Dave Clark 5 they were considered as good as the Beatles for awhile yet do a survey and maybe 1 in 10 even has heard of them. The Monkees, Hermin and the Hermits had some good songs also.

Some one should tell him NJ and NY aren't part of NewEngland. Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island there the States of New England.
It’s incredible just to listen to him talking, almost as if he’s talking to one of the hobos he mentions, instead of an interviewer. It’s also good that he enjoys being recognized for Twin Peaks. The Hawk character is actually named Tommy Hill, but he isn’t ever identified by his proper name on the show.
