Hello, I have a question. I did exactly as you described in the video. I changed the fuse and put everything back together. Unfortunately, the car tells me that it won't start and that the car needs servicing. There's supposed to be a microswitch in the dcdc converter that detects sabotage. Did you also have this effect that it stopped working?

Thanks for sharing; found this after seeing Tesla Model S had its fusebox moved from the wheel well to the firewall .. for anyone else finding it for the same reason, TMS (P100D 2017) has the box flipped 180 degress with the lid towards the firewall and it requires a unicorn and some magic to replace the fuses. 2 amateurs and 10 hours later the fault codes was cleared though:)

Excellent video. Following the video and doing the steps myself, I have a few comments. 1. Would recommend taking pictures of the bolts and fittings so that you know where it goes when putting it back. 2. The two bolts on the lowest part of the fuse box are the most difficult, in my opinion, and would recommend putting something between the fusebox and body panel so that if you drop a tool or screw, you don't waste time fishing it up again. Also, do you have any tips on how to remove the bottom two screws more easily? I used almost 1 hour on those two.

Hi RS Garage ,this a good video, I have a quick question , what exactly do you mean with the number 20 ? Does that mean I have to count 20 chain pins ? Can you help me please ...

Hi, Not chain pins, but chain links. Start counting from nr 1 like shown(First link must be located at camshafts gear's marked part like in picture) and go to right 19 links(or 20 if you count the first one). When you reach 20 links, at the 20th link comes marked camshaft gear teeth like shown in the picture

Hi, Yes. You need to open valve cover to lock the cams. If you wont lock cams, you wont be able to open cam adjuster bolt as seen 1:40. You can get the cam locking tools for 50$ from aliexpress.
