Using a bunsen-burner (or any open flame for that matter) in an organic lab can be extremely dangerous. The safety of this lab seems to be very far below normal global standards. Not even fume-hoods! I would refuse work in such a lab.

Same, especially that she has no gloves on. And is burning something in an oblique manner(putting the previously bottom compounds at risk of slide to the side formerly open side where she is flaming and combusting)
