Honestly, I think the Mushroom Chicken is the best entrée Panda Express makes at the moment.
It’s way better than the gummy Orange Chicken, and not as sugar coated as the Beijing Beef.

Great technique! Also I'm jealous of your wok set up 😄
I make cashew chicken just like this with the zucchini. I'm going to try adding mushrooms next time.

Wow. Great wok skills (harder than it looks) and I am in awe of the great spider scoop... the whole pan in one go. I am feeding the family this for dinner. Bravo!

I'm blown away by how versatile these pans are. I cook almost exclusively in cast iron and this style would never work in my pans. Great channel!

Thank you! Woks really are amazing... the carbon steel gets super hot, can take a beating and they're non-stick. I still love me some cast iron for steaks and cobblers though!

寬油, excellent wok range setup, you are the very few people who's putting their wokmanship on youtube. electrical range just doesn't cut for Chinese food.

Seem that you used to work at panda 🐼 all the stirring techniques seem like you mastered it from panda express.

Did you make that outdoor wok burner or buy it? If you bought it, what was the brand/maker?

I've tried this in my backyard, but when I started shaking the pan the way you've been doing it in order to mix it up, all of my food ended up in my neighbor's backyard.😑

Hahaha yeah it takes months even years just to get the flipping technique down! Then after that you gotta learn how to control the heat and timing. Don't give up though keep going!!!

Just because he didn't film himself cleaning the cutting board doesn't mean it wasn't done.

Nice. Cutting those vegetables after cutting up raw chicken without cleaning the cutting board is asking for food poisoning, though.
