Mine too!! Mick and Nev have picked the wrong Agent to do their work for them. I bet they are paying the agent huge money and what are they getting out of it? Mick and Nevel are the only reason I was watching this show, I find the other miners a little too arrogant for my taste. Mick and Nev are just down to earth easy going and very informative on everything they do which should help them get back to mining. It just seems the bigger the chump you are the faster this board of directors will accommodate you. It isn't fair and something should be done about it quick.

Well they are the ones who are making the claim that it's historical so it should be the government's responsibility to pay for the inspection for their proof of their claim.
There shouldn't be any historical significance on private land as nobody is authorised to see it without trespassing. Strip mine the whole lot a metre into the clay and stockpile the dirt till you can process it show the pricks that all you were interested in was building a massive dam so you have enough water to farm the land properly.

They are old holes in the ground. Fair enough with old hut sites, pudding sites and relics. If you want to protect old timers holes you'd better lock up more than half off victoria then because the place has been turned over more than once. The government will be more than happy to take their royalties on the Gold from that site just not from nev and mick. In theory, nev and mick would be reclaiming land long overdue for it

All I'm saying is that old buildings are torn down for new ones and historic sites that have come later were disposed off earlier. Even graves are only a rental space for the dead. After 100-150 year or so there normally replaced to make way for new buyers. Regulations and those who make them make them to benefit themselves. I bet you after your license expires and there children get a hold of the land long after your dead. They will get the rights to mine it. Just saying.
