A humble rebuttal, The newer generation's condition is somewhat like having the most powerful sportscar with no steering wheel. Or being on a ship in the ocean with amazing winds but without a rudder. The wealth of information is such that the same internet holds your video and also all the porn. What we lack is an internal compass to make decisions. Our parents are not wise, our school teachers are not wise, the society is designed in such a way to make everyone a part of the the rat race.
On the other hand, for some reason the yogic schools are very secretive about the knowledge, is it due to insecurities or fears of the past, I don't know. Maybe more transparency of inner knowledge will do more good then harm. China has the entire Taoist cannon out but they still are commies. Just food for thought.
In the end I just wanna say is I'm grateful for your teachings & will definitely work on increasing Tejas, I've had this misery for long enough. I can't go on with my life with just 5% energy. Thanks Guru Ji.
I think there are many reasons for secrecy. What comes to mind now is the seeker will come if he's ready, tbh the knowledge will call him. Otherwise it's an open fountain for a man who does not know he needs to drink, he may not see the importance or usefulness, he may not even know he's thirsty or might mistake it for some other lack, nor can we make him drink it. If we focus on exercising it without having any sexual thought, then maybe with this we may even control when we want it erect and when we don't, even if the sexiest woman seduces you, you'll have the choice and control on yourself to know whether its right or wrong, rather than just falling for it, getting swallowed by the flow and then later blame it on nature saying it's natural!!!

With proper technique and knowledge I think its more beneficial for me. It trains me last longer I think. And it really does work I used to have blurry vision time to time but doing it and then pulling it up made my eyes sharper again.
