To be complete honest, there's not a huge array of bands Download could have chosen from that are female and still fit their style, unless they do a full line-up of smyphonic metal bands. This year Download actually have more female bands than last year.

It shouldn't matter of the band members are Women or Men or Gay or Straight they are all equal and what should matter is the band and the music whatever gender they are , why does it matter !

I agree, they are equal and it shouldn't matter, that's why it's so outrageous that there's such an inequality on festival lineups and other big tours.
