To anyone wondering whats the secret in catching these big Chinooks... Its in the chinelas! You must wear chinelas in these steep slippery terrain! xD ahahaha all jokes aside.. Love the video bro! keep it up!
Thats sick man. I hooked a big chinook in a deep pool on Tuesday but lost it at the rocks after like 5 mins of fighting :'(. Still depressed about it. First chinook ever
Glen if you upgrade your net go with the same one I had there. The red Gibbs rubber coated one. It’s gentle on fish, is single piece(the two piece ones with the extendable joints always break)
@@Ifish24-7 good to know. I still have the larger walmart net I have. Not nearly the biggest size. Its fairly big but Ive lost a 25lbs fish out of it by myself. for saltwater I recommend a gaff hook. I got a kufa extendable gaff for 36.99. I got a 16 lbs fish by the side of the boat off lions gate. I single handedly gaff and tossed the fish in the boat. Without the gaff bye bye fish.
