Salah satu kue berbahan putih telur adalah bolu kukus lapis coklat putih telur.

Bahan-bahannya :
400 gram Putih Telur
180 gram Gula pasir (suka manis bole tambah)
1 sdt SP
200 gram Tepung Protein Rendah/sedang
1/2 sdt Vanili
1/2 sdt Soda Kue
100 ml Minyak Sayur
Warna untuk lapisan :
8 keping Oreo Haluskan
2 sachet Milo (@22gram)
4 sdt Coklat Bubuk

400 grams Egg White
180 grams sugar (you can add more if you like it sweet)
1 tsp SP
200 grams of Low/medium Protein Flour
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
100 ml Vegetable Oil
Color for coating:
8 Oreos Puree
2 sachets of Milo (@22gram)
4 tsp Cocoa Powder
