I think you should study the books of Daniel and the Revelation. Both are important in order to understand the history of how the Sabbath was changed from Saturday to Sunday worship. It's historical and factual. Furthermore if you have access to the book "The Great Controversy," you'll be enlightened re the change of the Sabbath as the core or heart of the controversy between God and Satan.
