The writers and execs just assume that the Marvel logo makes subpar writing and action scenes somehow good
I wonder sometimes if they know but don’t care. I can’t figure out the business angle. Unless the DEI stuff is just so much money. They can’t keep this up long term.
@@TheUndergroundxnI’ve been trying to figure out the business angle for a while now with no clear answer appearing. Disney has lost both market share, investors are not happy, and they’ve alienated their customer base for what? A ESG score that no one will or does care about. They haven’t made any profits that are needing to be offset with losses. It’s a mystery. If anything, I think we are going to see, hopefully, some great indie films in the future that will capture audiences with practical effects and better writing
