You are an expert dont know whether i should say this or not but i am second year MBBS student and i wont recommend eating saffola masala oats as they have a high quantity of sodium and prolonged usage might lead to hypertension and even weight gain and bloating issues
if you want to conusme oats i recommend to make a upma like preparation with plain rolled oats and they taste just as awesome

Alsoo at 06:38 the frame shifted and i got so confused my heart skipped a beat like who is sitting w gerry while you're arranging stuff and took me second to understand what went down it was creepy for a sec.
