Judy Obrien Regular soap has to be melted a different way. I've heard of it exploding in the microwave - very messy! But, if you shave it down or cut it into small pieces & add water it should melt. (I recommend a Google search, because I don't have personal experience with this method). I agree, my videos usually have a "girly" vibe. A lot of the ideas can be tweaked & colors can be changed to your liking. For instance, I don't think your grandsons would appreciate heart lip balm, but you can use the recipe for a plain tube of moisturizing lip balm (great for chapped lips in the winter). And, with this tutorial you can make the soap their favorite colors instead of rainbow.
I think these Popsicles would be perfect for today since today gay marriage is legal nationwide ☺️ (since one of the Popsicles looks exactly like the gay flag) ❤️
We did this for my birthday party!!! It was the clear ones! It was so cool we have them everywhere still I used them for handsoap and they were great party favors they went along with the invitation!
u have a lot of awesome ideas I tried the fish in a bag soap and u were right its not that easy neither is the rainbow popsicles but they are really fun to make and just letting u know a lot of kids look up to u keep up the very good work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This might sound odd, but I don't have any food or soap coloring however I have a ton of old eyeshadow, could I grind it up and use it as a dye? I've heard of people using it to make nail polish so I just wondered. Thx!!

You can use food coloring but if you put too much it WILL stain your hands. (My cousin learned that the hard way)
