I want to thank you for your videos I live in Verdigris Oklahoma my husband and I are always trying to find little towns to go to I love taking photos of old abandoned houses and buildings and cemeteries and in your Missouri video I just seen the red oak 2 and I've been trying to explain to my husband that we went there a few years ago but we couldn't remember where I'm so glad I want to go back there thank you so much
Thank you for watching! I remember Verdigris because I didn't know how to pronounce it haha! Hope you get out on the road and explore those places soon!
On your small town visits would like to see the local water tower, cemetery and grain elevator along with main street if any! I always check Find a Grave on some of your small towns! Being fromsome of those places or nearby doubt if I get that far east again!
I usually try to show the Main Street of each town and do a drone shot to give feel for the scope of the town. I love water towers and grain elevators!
Nice video. We drove through a few years ago. However I couldn't help but notice that there was snow on the ground, yet you were in a T-shirt. It said "Glacier". Hmmmm....
Thanks for watching! Haha, yes that was right after the record cold temps we had in February and then it warmed up the day I was there. Notice the water dripping in the once scene. Glacier National Park! Awesome place to visit too!
Where i live on the east coast many towns are polluted but the residents have no choice but to stay there, also its too expensive to buy out entire cities: (Paulsboro NJ)(Chester PA)(Marcus Hook PA)(Centralia PA)(Raven Run PA) on and on…..
My grandmother grew up in Treece, and I have some neat photos! Never realized it was as small as it was in comparison to pitcher.
Oh wow I bet those are very interesting!

Those chat piles are all over, lots around Joplin Mo. Years ago I didn't know it was so toxic.
I’m not sure all those chat piles are toxic, but the ones in Picher appear to be so.
So sad. Great video. I'd never heard of this before so very interesting. TFS
Thank you! This was my first ever ghost town video and still one of the most memorable!

Sad ending for a nice small town. Glad it's history is still being used as a reminder of handling of natural resources carefully. 😥
Hopefully this doesn’t happen to any other towns!
I’ve probably been through Treece, but never knew it was there. I’ll have to make a trip up there. Thanks for sharing.
Yeah it's very easy to miss. Just down the street from Picher on the Kansas border. Thanks!
Enjoyed the video very much!
Thank you very much!
Sad story but good video. Thanks for sharing.
Yes it is, but I'm always very intrigued by the history of what happened to these towns!
Never know about that town, thanks for the information and the videos
Thanks for watching!

That's a sad ending for this town but I guess in the early 1900s no one knew that what they were doing would cause so much harm.
the person in 2016 that died had to have been my grandpa but my grandma is still alive and i live with her in treece!
I still want to get to this place, along with Picher and Cardin, OK. However looking on Google Maps there’s just nothing left of Treece now.
There are a few structures left as you can see in the video but it’s mostly abandoned.

Definitely hoping to visit Centralia someday!
BRO IS ON MY ROAD that is crazy 1:43
😥
Most of the town was probably buried
