I'm not really good at sniping but what's helped me is practicing against bots. I'm on console so I turn AA off and put health to 300 because I usually play WZ. Just pick whichever map you play the most or you're comfortable with and just practice for about 10 mins you can also make it headshots only if you play WZ and are focused on headshots. The only thing is with 300 health the only sniper that one shots is the kat, they might have fixed it tho. I hope this helps
