Am I the only who is screaming to get the generic brand!? “Girl you betta get that petroleum jelly for $2.53!” 😂
I don’t get all the name brand purchases-the Walmart brand of petroleum jelly was almost 50% less than the name brand Vaseline.
There’s a reason why it’s 50% less tho it’s not as good results as the name brand, I’ve used many generic vaselines but it’s never quite the same especially if u use it on your lips like I do
Hello, I eat kale nearly everyday. It’s not bitter. Try cooking it the southern way. Sauté bacon in a pot, add water and some chicken better than broth, put greens in, cover and cook till soft. Or try thr West African way. Sauté onions and garlic with oil in a large frying pan. Add kale and cook till tender then add a heaping spoon of peanut butter and cook through. I know it sounds weird to add peanut butter but believe me it’s delicious. My kids ate the kale out of the pot many days and the kale never made it to the table.

A few tips for ya. My favorite rice cake flavors are the chocolate and the apple cinnamon, you can top either or with peanut butter or cream cheese.
Organic doesn’t necessarily always mean healthier, at least when it comes to the nutritional profile, it’s way for companies to be able to charge more. Usually healthier choices for meat are the ones that say grass fed, free range, no antibiotics things along those lines. When choosing healthier ingredients it’s wise to look at the ingredient list, you want things with the simplest ingredients as possible. So with the bread you’d want to choose bread that has wheat as the first ingredient (if not gluten free) and not enriched, or bleached wheat flour or anything similar like that. Its also a good idea to avoid added sugar in basic things. Cottage cheese can be a hit or miss for people specifically the texture. The ways I’ve tried and yes I know it’s weird but: cottage cheese, peanut butter and raisins; cottage cheese and fruit it’s better to do fresh produce and add honey if you want sweetness; cottage cheese with everything but bagel seasoning, the one I have has sriracha flavor/spice.

I love the cottage cheese and fruit with little honey so good. Definitely want grass fed . You get great deal for the organic grass fed ground beef at Costco.
I can never figure out why you buy name brand everything. Store brands are the exact same thing, especially in things like Vaseline, Motrin, and Tylenol. Store brands are 30-40% cheaper-you would save a ton of money! And $5.48 for a gift bag when Dollar Tree has great bags for 1.25.

Just a suggestion for the future... Walmart has the yummiest garlic knots over by the bread section. They're in bags you put in the oven, I think the bag is brown and orange. But anyways... they're to die for, and I don't say that lightly about Walmart food.

Just so you know on Tylenol, Vaseline ect. Store brand is made by name brand companies. They are the same just different label. You could save at least $50-100 on this haul.

I’d love to see you do a Dollar Tree haul. Those gift bags that you paid 5.45 each are about 1.25 each there. That’s about 13.00 in savings. So many things you could get cheap there for your family

The amount of sugar she feeds her kids is unreal! Canned peas and corn, come on frozen is at least way better than canned.... and yeah sure give them more sugar for breakfast, snacks are all sugar, her muffin boards are all sugar....😮

One child knows how to eat healthier and apparently it’s his choice. But greek yoghurt with „fruits” it’s not the healthiest option. You get plain add a cup raspberries and done. If the rest of kids want to eat junk it’s to theirs mothers and fathers to say no.
You should do a pantry challenge for yourself what that challenge means you use only what you have in your pantry and freezers for meals without going to the grocery store for stuff

When I can’t find cauliflower rice, I take a whole head of cauliflower and use a large cheese grater and bam! Instant Cauliflower rice! Just steam it to your preference of doneness. You can also use the organic cauliflower heads and it’s cheaper to do it this way plus you end up with more rice versus the steam bag ones.

@@DoughertyDozenYou can find cauliflower rice in the freezer section (brands like bird's eye and the target store brand) or sometimes the produce section by the bagged cauliflower, though that would probably be a Wegman's thing. Also, please do not fall for the organic = healthy trap. There is no scientific evidence that indicates organic food is more nutritious, and since it is a less-regulated industry, there are actually many, many problems unique to organic food production.

Tip for Dayshaun, I found the couliflower rice really hard to get used to but if you mix some couliflower rice with normal white rice it helps make your rice meal a little healthier but still taste better 😊 also it makes the rice taste fluffier. That's just if he wants to try it

Those rice and vegetables steam in bags things are really good. I used mixed vegetables steam in bag for my fried rice.

Ok, I did see her buy some great value stuff. But the 5.48 x 2 for gift bags makes no sense, when you can go to dollar tree and get bags that are just as nice for 1.25. I know it’s her money so don’t @ me

Not to be funny but why don’t you keep the gift bags so you can use the gift bags for more than one birthday just think of the environment yes they maybe recyclable but just count how many you use with all the birthdays and I hope all the cardboard and drinks bottles all get recyclable you just don’t show that part and how much recycling I know I’m hoping together hate for this comment but just saying

Have you ever thought about supporting your local butchers? Ours sells meat packages for a lot less than the corporate and it just tastes so much better. For a family your size they would make accommodations in sure. Just a suggestion and they may deliver even.

Hi i love your walmart grocery hauls
I don't buy produce or meat from Wal-Mart. I exclusively buy my beef/chicken/bacon/sausage/sandwich meat/produce from Sam's Club. They have the best quality at a much better price than everywhere else. I typically buy pork (chops, loin, etc) and eggs at Costco. Costco's produce goes bad insanely fast. I don't really shop at chain grocery stores because they're usually more expensive for less product. Pre-packaged, canned products, and cleaning supplies generally come from Sam's and Wal-Mart. I do love a good Publix BOGO sale though!
FYI at Walmart over in the same area where you found the prepackage apple's slices with the caramel in the big box. They also in a blue box have carrots baby carrots with a little side of ranch dressing all ready done up for you like the others. Don't know if you didn't know about it. Or maybe didn't sound like it or whatever. But I just want to let you know that they do have those. To make a simplified life! Available that helps! Especially when you have to pack lunches for an army LOL!😅

with the kale try making a dish called col cannon,.it's an Irish dish and delicious. Mixed the cooked kale with mashed potatoes loads of real butter some salt and pepper and chopped spring onions and mix it together 👌 it's so nice , my kids are picky eater and they ike it ❤❤

Ceravae is better for dry skin, the one with hydrolantic acid. I usually get at Costco, for my Eczema and winter dry weather.
Try O'Keeffe Skin Repair in a yellow tube. On the back it specifically states for diabetes and eczema impacted skin. It works great on my skin and I'm bothered by both.

Sprouted grain bread is probably what DayShawn wants. Some are better than others. If you have a Trader Joe’s they have good choices but I’m sure wegmans has an option. Some Walmarts do but my local one doesn’t

The equate brand of products is just as good as the name brand.i always get it and I like it.
Amazon has a variety of hot water bottles. Cute sweater covers too. I prefer those over heating pads. No need to plug in and easier to bring to bed (no cords or possible burn). I have a bad back so ive tried all types of relief.

The stems of Kale are the bitter part. Buy it in bunches and take the stems out throw in some country ham. They are delicious.
