I'm the director of store safety, it has been reported by customers and verified via in-store video that the young girl with you seriously endangered the store by opening an umbrella inside the building. This safety violation could have endangered her, and even those nearby, with as much bad luck as breaking a mirror. We take the safety of our customers and staff seriously and hope it never happens again. Now as she is young and maybe naive to the serious nature of umbrella care, we will only issue a warning regarding this incident.
