I so love your honesty and how you encouraged us to try things that might be hard for some of us. PLUS actual size inclusivity! I might actually knit myself a sweater again, not just a hat!
Oh gosh, I think those mitts might be a fantastic addition to my winter running gear! Often I end up removing my gloves after I start to warm up, but it’s a balance between cold hands and sweaty hands. Being able to just fold them back would be a great solution! Another fun episode! So good to have you back. 😊
I love watching every one of your podcast episodes! You do a great job explaining your concept behind each design. Looking forward to more episodes, especially to hear about your favorite stitch dictionaries!
Only halfway through your video so far, but had to say, I’m blown away at your attention to detail and your knitting engineering sorcery. Those mitts with the transitioning ribbing!! Can’t wait for the Musselburgh pullover with the rounded raglan - that’s absolutely the fit that raglans need that I didn’t know until you created it. Ysolda, you’re amazing 😻 Thanks for taking the time to analyze and get everything just right.
So excited for the Musselburgh Raglan! The one you're wearing looks so great with your eye colour. I really love all the patterns in Knitworthy 7. Currently working on some cabin slippers for my kiddo for Christmas. Amazingly written pattern as always.
If I hadn't thought highly of you before your remarks on the preview knitting of the Musselburgh raglan would have sealed it. I absolutely loved what you said about giving knitters of larger sizes the time necessary to complete the project. That is real understanding. I applaud you (and I look forward to the pattern release: I've made five of the hats and have several more planned). ❤💥👍 (And yes, I finally subscribed!)
I've bought and knit several of your patterns now. They are all very interesting to knit and the results are great. Waiting for the Musselburgh raglan.
I loved the monk & robot books and it was the first thing I thought of when the crown-shy beanie was released! Really appreciated your thoughtful chat on how gift knitting is sharing small comforts ❤ yet another beautiful knit worthy collection!
Ysolda, I so love how thoughtful you are with all your designs my in general! It is so fun to listen to you and your designs are really unbelievably beautiful and thought through. I knit most of the knitworthy patterns already and some twice and will knit more ❤
Knitworthy 7 has solved all my gift-knitting dilemmas! I really enjoyed the podcast and can’t wait to cast on a pair of the fingerless gloves from stash while I wait for the order the collection inspired.
I had just cast on the Broch Beanie and sat to knit and watch UTube. And there you were with this episode! Perfect! I love all 7 of the Knitworthy Patterns and also have a Coracle Cowl on the go. Plus yarn waiting to go with the Sweatshirt Pullover. Thank you for your creativity!
I used that Russian join methods for me entire Sea Glass tee and it was annoying to keep stopping, but at the end I was happy that all the ends were in!
I’m knitting Coracle at the moment and loved watching this as I was knitting. Also I appreciate the drawings you include in the patterns and in this video, they really help me to visualise how the construction is going to work for the pattern. ❤
I was working on slippers with Briggs and Little while I watched your podcast and it never occurred to me that that lanolin smell was also moisturizing!! Now that I think of it, I haven't needed cream over the past days while using it! And Yes! there is such a thing, I would never wear a knitted top under a knitted sweater, but would not judge those who do. ;)
I have your knitworthy 7 collection. I love the Crown-shy beanie and have knit two of them so far. I have also made the Rodin Mitts. I love your patterns. ❤
I am so looking forward to the release of your Musselburgh sweater pattern. I keep my fingers crossed that the smallest size will be the same as for your Anyday Sweatshirt... I also love the Beild Balaclava and the Roddin mitts. ❤❤❤
I’m making the crown shy beanie in the toddler size and have finished the folded over brim. I’m up to the w+t and changing knitting direction. Could use a video tutorial on this part
I read that we can purchase these individually as well...i would love 2 of these patterns...can u tell me how to purchase them...i tried in ravelry but it seems that i cant buy them individually on there...please let me know...thanks
For a beginner knitter, it would be so helpful if you give your estimated level of difficulty. I want to make those beautiful hats with cables, but have never done cables, so I will do a simple hat first.
I so love your honesty and how you encouraged us to try things that might be hard for some of us. PLUS actual size inclusivity! I might actually knit myself a sweater again, not just a hat!
I really love how size inclusive you are. Actually you’re just inclusive all around hence why I support you 😊💜

I am also knitting Corale and I can't wait to cast on the fingerless gloves and the multicolored fantastically beautiful hat. Genius! ❤❤❤
Love those books! Love hearing you talk about the way they resonated with you.

The smallest size has a finished chest measurement of 33 1/4" if that's helpful to know. So glad you're looking forward to it!
@@ysoldateague Did this Musselburgh sweater pattern up getting released? I don't see it on your website.
Love the slipper pattern. Would REALLY love if I could felt them...
i love the two hats! (also brochs are iron age aka prehistoric structures 😊)
I swear I knew that! I totally forgot to write anything about them in my notes and on the fly my brain was just like “eh… they’re old?” 😂😂😂

It’s a shame Stranded Dye works is closed 😢
Colombia!!!!
😂
How do you have time to do all this knitting!? Are you a super fast knitter?
I am, and it's my full time job, which helps! I still have way too many unfinished projects though!
I read that we can purchase these individually as well...i would love 2 of these patterns...can u tell me how to purchase them...i tried in ravelry but it seems that i cant buy them individually on there...please let me know...thanks
Explanation around 53:00 in this video--individual pattern sales not avail yet but will be in mid-Dec.

There is no such thing as "too much knitwear". 😆
