Cannot wait for that Week 1 game against ND. The got two new starting tackles on the road in Kyle Field. I think that front 7 is going to be a problem.
Yea, agree with the Oline sentiment. Of any group in sports, the offensive line is the most dependent on consistency. Those 5-7 guys of starting quality MUST gel together. While there a lot of verbal calls made, there's a lot that happens because you just know what the guy next to you is going to do because you know you're both seeing things the same way. That's our biggest issue and if that unit doesn't get better, we'll have another 6-7 win season.
I blame most of A&M's problems the last few years was the coaching. That offensive line could not even handle simple stunts let alone linebacker dogs or blitzes. I hope that the new coaching staff can correct most of the problems.
Addazio and Fisher had a complicated blocking scheme that was too pro oriented for young linemen to pick up quickly. This made them look really bad at times. Add in Foster spending the spring with the track team and the person who is supposed to call out checks and adjust the blocking scheme doesn't fully understand those checks and schemes. Klein will simplify the scheme and let the raw talent of the linemen shine through. I think Elko will make adjustments quickly if that isn't the case so my main concern is the secondary but that is low considering the head coach. My opinion, A&M will be a surprise team to the rest of the college football world this season.
Bryce Anderson is not playing nickel. Elko said it himself. He recruited Bryce to play safety. He will be the FS. Also Scourton and Stewart will start at the ends. He said that too. All of this in press conferences this spring.
you just don’t wanna hear anything slightly negative about the team? Do you think we are Georgia with zero flaws across all position groups? I don’t understand.
A 30 yr Aggie fan and love your coverage. O-line is 10000000% the biggest issue. All else will be solid at least. Blitzing D + crowd noise = chaos!

As a long time Aggie fan I think your coverage is great
Means a ton. Appreciate that.

Your doing a great job keep up the coverage!
I remember when the SEC 'Championship' was decided 9-6 with nothing but field goals.

Good job.. ignor the haters.. the guy was probably abused as a child.. and had his probation ...revolked
Thoughts on Michael Tease potentially having a breakout year?
100 percent. I think that that is what makes the WR room exciting, a ton of breakout potential. My pick is Noah Thomas personally.
As a long time Texas A&M fan, i think your coverage sucks.
Well sorry to hear that. But appreciate you checking us out brotha.
