      I'm not really sure, I only listen once or twice per week. I feel like I speak well but if I'm tired my words don't come out properly on occasion. I wanted to listen to this to help my singing voice. I like my voice, but I'm too shy to sing in front of people. I love singing, and my voice sounds completely different when I record on a phone, compared to a microphone. Sometimes I sound good, sometimes I sound nasily and like a little kid. I think it can depend on allergies/cold etc as well.

      I do diction exercises, say these phrases out loud
      Whose boot is loose at the roots
      I took the cookies as I stood on one foot
      Rotate the motel to obey the
      oasis
      Add chalk to the lawn and some straw for the fawn
      The drama of this saga broke my calm
      Eels eat peas and lean cream
      Fix the little chips in the pits
      Wait for the gate to gain game
      Red and wet and dead and set
      Half the tasks are past the mast
      Practice:
      Roundness, richness, and pleasantness

    No you have to get comfortable, dont move a muscle, dont scratch cough or fart and just listen. try not to think about anything. if your mind wonders (which it will) think about it then let it go, try saying to yourself "listen to the track". Not sure if this type of binaural beats works but the ones for sleep, depression and anxiety are really good.

      These are ISOCHRONIC frequencies not binaural. They do not require anything especially not headphones. You do not have to stay in the same place and listen because that is not how these frequencies work. I am listening to this and working on my computer.

Get rid of nasel sounds and make it sound clear, almost like an echo? Makes you confident to sing in front of people, good memory, good performer look good on stage, sound good in any place at any time? Thanks :)

    • @amandatenney3028
      @amandatenney3028 5 років тому +10

      There are lots of subliminal recordings that can help you do just that. Simply look up "singing subliminal" on UA-cam and read the descriptions on what each video does. Then, make sure to listen to your desired vid on a regular basis and practice.

    • @patmaurer8541
      @patmaurer8541 Рік тому +2

      Working with a voice teacher makes a big difference because they can observe your body while you sing, and give specific advice on how to shape your sounds, improve breath control, etc. If you can't work with a professional, there is a lot of free singing instruction here on UA-cam. It also helps to record yourself and listen, because the way sound reverberates in our skull is very different from what others are hearing! 😊
      You may also find that both the quality of your singing and your confidence improve when you sing for *yourself*. Choose songs that move you, and sing for the pure joy of it. Because even without any technical skill, those are the ones that will delight anyone who happens to hear them. ❤

    Okay so for as long as I remember I've been having problems with my vocals where I have this permanent feeling of something "stuck" in my throat and I almost always sound very hoarse and have to clear my throat before speaking. To the point where I now naturally speak very low and nasally almost masculine sounding to not put extra strain on my throat.. will this help???

      no , because your slit not using your natural voice,, that is a different level of falsetto. do you see what i am saying .. this idiot who said yes needs too shake its head..when you speak lift your chin just a bit straighten you r back a nd shoulders . and just speak in confidence.. this is taring as well. dont push it ,,especially using falsetto voice. and ginger tea the real ginger , will heal this for you i promise ..two teas per day..

      Sorry I’m a year late. You have what I’ve had for the past 7 years. Its called thyroid nodules (lumps). It doesn’t have much to do with your vocal cords. You have to get a thyroid ultrasound to see how big they are and to ensure they aren’t cancerous yearly. If they are too big the doctor will prep your for removal. I’ve had it done twice. It’s painless. They numb your neck and go in with aspiration needles to suck them out. Please go before it gets worked. It’s is a part of Graves’ disease.

      Yes Isochronic tracks will but Binaural tracks are not as effective unless you use ear/headphones. Also mp3's are heavily compressed files so converting to Apple files or Sony WAV files will make it even more effective as the accuracy of the true frequency is very important. Also if you have speech/singing issues it's likely you have a blocked throat chakra which can be helped with these tracks and solved totally with many alternative therapies.
