full recipe in text:
2 glass masar daal
10 glass water in pressure cooker
1.5 tsp salt
2 laal mirch
1 haldi
1 dhaniya powder
0.5 zeera powder
take fresh garlic cloves
add daal to boiling water
then add all masalas together
two flowers of garlic (mashed)
put on custom on is instant pot for
14-15 min
for tarka
1 small tomato
some onion chopped
2 cloves garlic
2-3 green chillies
dhaniya
cook in 2 tbsp in oil
first add garlic cloves, fry till brown on both sides
then add everything at once
add 0.5 tsp salt
add all to daal, instantly put lid on daal, leave on for 5 mins
