Us there a level cap for your heroes/champions? Wondering cos im literally addicted to this game.

Hi mate, thanks for the videos. I’ve got a question that I can’t find an answer to online. Do you know when or how characters are able to use shield? I keep coming up against teams where a player has a shield on for at least 5sec in my base or mid field and can’t shoot them till the shield disappears. It’s not specific characters either. Is it a hack, or a feature I’m not using?
Its a death switch so when you die and select a character they become invisible for 3 second
Spac3Unicorn so the player has died and selected a player near me and is invulnerable for three seconds? What about just switching players (no death)?
Also, I encountered another guy who had a green flame around his feet and his health was almost 10x the usually amount. It took me 2-3 players to get through all their health. Ever encountered that?
