just keep in mind that you give 30$ free for iFi, cause the EQ mode is gimmick, music mode is the same as no EQ mode, and the sound distort after half of level in the knob. it means in my opinion this should be 49$ not 79$.
Maybe youre using a shitty headphone or you received a defective one. No distortions on my end

@@max10hoop data cables introduce little to no influence to dac's output, unless the dac is poorly designed.
Maybe he is using a five dollar headphone with this ifi uno and expecting a IE 900 😂😂 output
How can I connect my android to this dac I now have 1 uno. Do I need an rca to 3.5 to my phone. Don't want it for a pc?
Is there a way to switch between the RCA output and headphones output if both are connected at the same time?
there is no switch and the two outputs are not supposed to be used at the same time
How about the drivability vs ifi zen air brother?
for iem exclusively, do you hear noticeable sound differences between uno, hip and zen or are they really close for iem that do not require a lot of power ? thanks
If there is a difference that comes from the different sound signatures of the DACs and not from the differences in power output. Any of these can drive your IEMs well

my UNO doesn't connect to my iPhone 14, with its iPhone cable ( lightening to USB-C)
The ifi Uno is more of a desktop solution and wasn't really designed to work with phones
hmm... those are power efficient headphones. how bout power hungry ones like the sundara, can it drive those?
Based on my research it can drive most headphones. Unfortunately I don’t have a real power hungry one at hand to test…
The Zen air and Uno are $20 apart, which do you suggest between the two?
I use Sennheiser 560s, and mostly game and watch videos.
The uno sounds like a better match for you

Better? Probably not. More compact and lightweight? Sure!

Probably, but I can’t tell for sure as I’ve never used the HD Pro

Decent product but most definitely not worth it, bought their hip dac 2 and six months later their usb cable started to malfunction and here the kicker..their 'technical support" is non existent, about 7 emails later directly through their website (only way to reach their "support") still getting some robot named jesse to no conclusion, its just a usb cable! Just ship the dam thing! You have my address! Jesus crocks!
Hello friend, I have an ifi uno, the LED does not change when playing on a computer or tablet. The green light is always on. What should I do? The firmware is the latest.
