Hi, Great tutorial is this only available on newer models as when I go to the beginning of my line and press later left nothing happens, the laser doesn’t flash, I then tried to follow the line and do the same at the end and again nothing, can you please help Jackie
This is so after this video has published but I am pulling my hair out to try to add dates or titles that line up with existing embroidery and none of the videos I've seen have addressed this.
You can use laser alignment to catch the angle of a previously sewn date that is in the hoop. After that you will have to trace and move the hoop around to get the new date in the correct place.
this machine is crazy fast, I had a scary moment when I had tech support remotely check the machine. the I was setting up the hoop and the tech rep I guess he forgot to mention he was going to bring the needle down and it came down within a half an inch from my thumb and i know I would not have had enough time to move so be careful

This is possibly known to many people: use a Frixxion pen to mark (not a disappearing pen) and then press - the marker is gone immediately.
