I like that classic design, being a kid from Michigan was raised around Marble's knives. I wish that I would of keep a couple originals. Nice video Stay Safe.
Hey Andrew, Love the covers on that series, absolutely gorgeous. Personally, I think I’d have to take the guard off and live with the hole in the blade 🤔 Fantastic value for money! Thanks for the look brother 😎👍🏻
Never handled a swing guard myself, but that looks like a great user knife. Didn’t know the pattern was a midlock but it makes sense. Great video Baxter!
Good morning Andrew That is a cool pattern, and I really like the handles !! I have a Winchester Barlow with the same handles and I really like it. I would definitely take the guard off !!! I just think that it would look better to me. Have a happy Friday and a great weekend 😀
What’s up wit da tha Drew Crew ? Hopefully you had a great week and off to a even greater weekend. I’ve seen this style of guard before but now I’ve gotten to see it up close thank you for sharing this with your opinion now I now I’ll never try one myself thank you sincerely appreciate you 😊
Very nice series! The Barlow was my first and just got the Trapper I believe..The lockback seems elusive and although I was not intending to get this one, I will. SMKW uses Exhibition Grade and CKW goes with Checkered Brown Bone.
I’m not into the swing guard thing, but the checkered jigging is pretty cool. I’ve been wanting some checkered knives, but will wait and see what the 30th anniversary checkered RRs look like. I think there’s supposed to be a teardrop jack, woohoo! Without the swoop, I hope. But the Marbles is pretty cool.
@@BaxtersBlades Yeah! Search Rough Ryder, sort newest, and check out a bunch of coming soon listings. Lots checkered brown bone, some blue green bone, Pandora swirl (whatever that is), and a red smooth bone long rifle series including a gunstock. Crazy good. Didja see the SMKW vid showing the whole Appaloosa series? And the burnt cinnamon damascus counterpart? Patience is the hardest part.
@@skcamerican yah but no pictures of them. Yes i watched that video. Kind of dissapointed with all the double nail nics and Damascus. I want to see the blue green bone also!
Thanks for the share, BBtt. While I like 95% of the knife for less than $20 ... sorry (this is why I neither work in the corporate world nor review knives) ... that dumba$$ p.o.s. pocket ripper /finger scratcher has gotta-go. Just Nope. One is just better dremmeling off the pin, removing that monstrosity, and tossing it inside one's Halloween 🎃 for the dumpster ... better yet, give that jack.o.lantern eyebrows. Thanks 😊.

Marbles makes some good budget options, and that series looks really good.👍👍
I think so too Steve!
That’s a beautiful box! And a really cool, unique knife. Love the handles and the shield. Thanks for sharing Mr B. Happy Friday! Cheers, RW

Thank you. Yah i keep forgetting that part. Thats unfortunate for UK knife enthusiasts for sure. Thanks for watching!
