i was down bad with my bm we slept in a vehicle while our kids stayed with grandma got enough money to rent a house in a safe neighbourhood 5years still here and that was the worst year we had but it changed our kids lives for the better.. we ate mc chickens for 2 months in that car used 10$ gym membership to shower everyday. it’s was worth it because the neighborhood we grew up in got so bad someone shot at the kids school bus at 7am

I don’t blame my parents, intimate partners, or enemies for the choices I made and make. We all are humans but it’s not hard to find a free video on UA-cam, regarding “healing” trauma of all sorts. We can’t keep making other people responsible for our mental, physical, emotional health. You don’t need to be perfect, but a little effort goes a long way.
