That is some serious power and heaviness! Amazing Ampeg 18” cabs?! Never seen those before. These guys know they’re the best! They are! How come only 705 likes? Should be 705 million. People have NO taste these days.
My favorite moment is the guy's face in the crowd at 22:41 singing along, and the face he makes afterward, blissfully and solemnly proud to be a part of it
The music of Yob has always been the fuel that proppells my battered husk forward when the forces of time have done everything that it can to pull me into to the mud I was forged from. However it wasn't until I met the members in person after years of admiration and love of the music, the meaning I took from the lyrics, the pure power and energy behind it's entirety came to full fruition. Mike is extremely humble and thankful for those that feel for his music as he does. Aaron was a spiritual breath of life, who genuinely pours himself into the music on and off stage. After I expressed my gratitude for the countless times I have turned to them for inner peace, thought provoking calmness in the chasm of throbbing chaotic anger that this overpopulated magma blister has pounded my soul into, he thanked me. Genuinely. As he bowed, hands pressed together in a thankful prayer like praise of appreciation, he offered to out me on the guest list forward the next evenings show. Aaron Rieseber I only wish you were with Mike long before you joined back in 2008 (ish?) as you complete the trifecta of pure dreadful bliss. Travis, we spoke briefly, and you sir needed to say nothing. You were spent. You gave everything and all at every show I've seen. Thank you, as the three of you have given me something I can't put proper appreciation into verbally. Thank you. #yobislove
Greeting from Eugene oregon birth place of YOB! Met Mike in 2002 at McKenzie music giving away yob elaborations of carbon where I received a copy which was lost in portland!!
@@SuicideKid1979 Not sure if this accounts for the omission of QM but the band, most specific member, being Mike. Absolutely hated the vocal/sound mix at this show.
I live in oregon where these guys are from i live in salem oregon an hour from eugene Oregon I saw them last year and I'm about to go see them again December
I've met Mike hes super cool he often hangs out in the lobby with his fans and loves to meet people the first time, I got backstage tho and that was special I got to see album art for raw heart before it even came out or was announced I also know gabe the original drummer very well and on a personal level and hes a great freind of mine hes the reason we have got back there before
To each his own but the atmosphere of Doom has alot to do with vocal delivery many times you will hear it screamed on the album but sung or spoken live it’s kinda like the blues never done the same way twice

What an moment that must have been to experience Beauty of Falling Leaves with that sunset...shame the video goes to black and white.
seriously, they did a different stage lighting for that part then the editor did that. why man
I feel the same way about it :( but am trying to respect the art in their decision to do so.

Please don't take this down. The official channel left out Quantum Mystic for some reason
Because of the technical problems at around 2:40 I assume.
@@SuicideKid1979 That gave it its charm.
@@ferox965 Totally agree . Beauty is in the imperfections

True dedication (to satan)

I like this band's music. However, I hate bands that scream every word they "sing". Therefore, this band is not for me.
