One more reason why eating pork is forbidden in Islam and that relates to the pig’s overlapping eating habits with goats/sheep and the carnivores. It is an animal of shared qualities of carnivores and herbivores. Islam suggests to avoid eating carnivores for its bad effects

I had similar questions when I was a kid, like why Allah created a fly?, (it's so annoying), but of course there is a reason and wisdom behind every creation of the creator, doesn't matter if you know it or not, every creature has a role in the ecosystem once you learn and dive deeply you'll understand.

From the beginning of the creation of Adam and Eve, Allah has asked them not to approach the tree, but they did the opposite... Also, on earth, Allah asked us not to eat pork, and many people eat it... It is a test for people.
Jesus did not eat pork. That should say everything, for Christians.
As a none westerner, I always wondered how can some western people justify this behavior where ones spouse will watch another man sleep with his spouse. And people have alway attacked me and say nothing wrong as long as is consensual. Now I wonder it might just be from eating too much pig 😬.
I'm from West Africa by the way and many Christians don't eat pork in my country back when i was young now they are starting to be influenced by westerner and the consumption is rising. Just like pre marital relationship was not normal and looked down upon even one Christian communities now, it's becoming more and more common but not nearly as bad/common as in western countries.
I think social media and Hollywood has a lot to with with the spread of such behaviours.
