I have to agree that I would expect a bit of molecular gastronomy throughout the meal to go along with the magical theme. But as you said, they are just starting out with the food service so I’m sure they’ll be developing new twists along the way. I can’t imagine them serving a steak entree with only one temperature, medium. That’s a bit of a turn off for me. But the black cod looked great. Thanks for sharing this unique experience.

This is by far the worst Princess ship we spent 21 days on her venues are all to small lines of people everywhere even to try and get a coffee so many people om board we couldn't even sit up at the pools and the music at the pool and in the atrium is so loud its hard to have a conversation people on our cruise with cabins near the atrium complained of not being able to sleep .The whole cruise felt like being on a Carnival cruise ship if you love Princess we could never recommend this ship its so disappointing
If you don’t eat fish and seafood the dinner is disappointing. They do not substitute anything. The drinks are fun but don’t taste that great. The magic show is pretty lame. I wouldn’t do this experience again. Just my opinion.

They only hold 30 people per session, and I believe as had 27 or 28 in our particular group that night.
