Yes, and it's always good to challenge yourself and do something else than what you've done before. But of course, you have to stay true to yourself at the same time. This new direction of The Sounds is great! It suits them really well, good for them!
Great as ever, not that anyone of a sane mind could really question the quality of The Sounds which is universally excellent or better, A bit morbid I'll admit but thats hardly a negative. Pitää sanoo et musta on kyl paljon parempi ku vaan "ihan hyvä". Energistä ja hyväntuulista punkrokpoppia, ja ovat jopa osanneet kehittää tyyliään eivätkä oo jumahtaneet paikoilleen. Definitely different than the Sounds signature sound, I still like it. The two other songs I've heard off the new album can be found in the form of live peformances right here on youtube. The "No No Song" and the new album's title song are standard presentation of the Sounds and they both are incredible songs, and better than this one.
@rock4lifevallin there is nothing mainstream about this song! It is pure The sounds music!!! Only thing i have problem with this song that it doesnt sound like a first single! Its not a bad song, lyrics are good but everything else is kinda nothing. So i hope the rest of the album will be good! and buu with that coment saying this sounds something like Kesha or Gaga!!

in one of there interviews they said they were self producing, bbecause they didnt like someone els telling them you know sorta how to make there songs, so this album is all there creative ability
@RockSteadyVybes It probably started the year of their second album when they played Warped Tour. But yeah, comparing it to their first album, it is different. Any edge they had from other musicians is gone. That angsty, bitter Maja from Living in America is now just another female musician giving into her emotions.
Great song, love how they mix a exprimental sound in the verses with classic the Sounds rock in the choruses. The bridge is also kind of intresseting.
