If i'm not mistaken ,it seems that the passage from 1:14 to 2:39 looks like Peteneras .If so ,it's very rare and works very well with Seguiriyas.

This Siguiriya was recorded on the second CD of the 3 CD series "Mundo y Formas de la Guitarra Flamenca" as the piece "ELEGÍA AL NIÑO RICARDO" which is available in standard notation and guitar tab in the music book series of the same name by Claude Worms and published by Acordes Concert. Hope this is helpful :)
