The fact that it can be recognised means countries can choose not to Recognise these "laws"!
I like to debunk the enforceability of International law. Nuremberg Principles says aggression is a Crime. Illegal. Putin's massacres of Ukraine is a crime. Where is the Enforcement? Its as good as there is none. China threatens to invade TW by force. Where is the Enforcer? While international law is not Bullshit, you get my point. North Korea keeps firing missiles and threaten nuclear war. So where is the International Law enforcement? Unlike real Laws within countries, International Law is merely a Perceived Law. Countries can choose to abide by it but they need not if they choose not to. Look at Putin. Look at Rocket man kim Jong Un and Panda Xi. Put it clearer , we do not need any law if countries all willingly follow a certain rule. All this is possible without any law. Its called cooperation. Laws are really enforceable only within a country. So do not be fooled by International Law lawyers. I may have single handedly using a single post destroyed this entire channel and the author. International Law is merely a Perceived Law.
