What you'll need:
260 balloons in your desired colors (I recommend using different shades of pink, green, and yellow for a realistic look)
Balloon pump
Scissors

Here are a few tips for making balloon tulips:
Use good quality balloons. Cheap balloons are more likely to pop or burst.
