I thought I was jazzed about Vlogmas. But getting the Egypt video 3 years ahead of schedule is king! Adore you Braun Family! 😊 Thank you so much for posting! Honestly the thing that makes be nerves with a trip like this is Accessibility.
As an Arab Muslim, born and raised in the US, who has watched you two for almost a decade, I kept tearing up watching this. Done in such a beautiful and respectful manner, showing our culture and history. I loved it. I admire the life you built together. Happy holidays ❤
Would love to see you back in Egypt. I am Egyptian and I cried watching this video. This is how a tour in Egypt should be done. Also the Editing and the narration is Top Notch in this video. it felt like a movie.
I've been in love with Egypt since before I can remember. I never thought I would be able to visit, so being able to live vicariously through you has meant so much to me. I also looked up the cost of the trip on Adventures by Disney and it's way more reasonably priced than I thought it would be. So maybe one day! Thanks so much for the care you put into these videos, I've teared up and gotten goosebumps at so many points throughout the Egypt series.
It’s gorgeous you 2 for a young couple with a family so lucky to be able to travel like you do. When my kids were young it was work work constantly to to keep up with the bills. You should feel proud that you can do this while you are young. Most parents can’t afford it. Hats off to you that you can. What an experience. Tyler has done a fantastic job narrating this.
I wasn’t a big reader as a kid. With an undiagnosed learning disability, it was difficult to enjoy reading. But I read the book “Egypt Game” about 3 times because I loved the story and Egyptian history so much! When you got teary, Jess, I FELT that!!! I would love to see all of this with my own eyes, but until then… this series has been so awesome!!!!
I teach Latin and ancient Mythology in middle school. I’ve gone on an archaeology dig in Italy, so am somewhat familiar with what it takes to preserve ancient artifacts. I had to teach myself a lot about Egypt for the Egyptian myth unit I teach - I am crying watching the museum tour. WOODEN statues still preserved? A tablet from KING NARMER? It’s incredible how we still in the year 2024 can view these, through the 5000 years of history and wars that could have destroyed them. As always, I love Tyler and Jessica. You did a great job editing this with a balance of tour/artifacts, reactions, and behind the scenes like the kabobs. I’ve always heard Cairo was everyone’s least favorite travel spot. I’m mostly against group tours, but for somewhere like Egypt I think it can absolutely improve your experience, especially having an Egyptologist. I totally see the value. Thank you so much for making these videos- they’ve completely changed my view on visiting.
I am glad you came by Narmer's Palette. Quick fact: Although Ancient Egyptian Palettes can be found in several place: The Louvre, The British Museum, among others, Narmer's Palette has one very distinctive feature unseen in any other. It is the only palette where the "mixing circle" in the middle is part of the drawing itself. In all other palettes, no matter how great the drawing is, the mixing circle in the middle is separated from the drawings themselves. In Narmer's palette, the artist was so genious he managed to make it part of the historical depiction of the Unification event.
I actually appreciate your amazing video Egypt is a beautiful country and worth visiting and I think Egypt is a must to visit. Everything in Egypt is beautifully awesome. Adam Casawi from Morocco
I am loving every second of the Egypt series. Never thought I wanted to travel here, but now I can’t get enough!! Thank you for making these wonderful videos.
I can't wait to watch the video, I just had to stop and say, the intro.. it's such a bop. I literally sing it all day every time I watch a video. 😂😂😂 okay, back to the video!
More, more, more! Tyler you have a gift that needs to be shared. I never would have put Egypt on my bucket list but now I definitely have to! Such a wonder! Thank you for sharing your adventures!
I'm enjoying your trip so much! Can't wait to see more! Y'all have come a long way since 2018, when I started watching both of you. Jessica was the very first influencer that I watched. 🥰😁🤗 I'm really happy that yall are so happy. 🥹
I was thinking about this too! I must have seen it in either Charlotte or Atlanta with my best friend’s family. It’s been forever ago. I remember being so excited. 😊
These are soooo well done! I love both of you so much! Nice work to both of you for creating such great content. Tyler you nailed all of the music and your details that you would add about each place.
I love that you’re sharing this trip! Our family has done 4 adventure by Disney trips throughout Europe and we’ve been considering Egypt for our next one so it’s been fantastic to get a glimpse into the itinerary!
I am really enjoying this series. I watch several people here on YT from different countries but nobody from Egypt. I am enthralled by the architecture...so magical. Well done Tyler with the editing and all the stories about these places and people 💜💙💚💛🧡
Was mesmerized again! I'm learning SO much. I don't know for sure why, (maybe elementary school lessons), but I keep wondering if there's still that connection between Egyptian sarcophagi and being cursed if you are near one orctouch one??? Did you ever worry about that? Or did you believe it was an old wives tale? Those kabobs had my mouth watering! 😋
Thinking about the things in that museum… like I can’t even comprehend this stuff. It’s obviously right there but 5,000 years ago?? We think things like the Holocaust or the civil war are old. They just pale in comparison. It’s insane. Thank you for sharing this stuff!
Really enjoying this series. But a lil nitpick about your claim of it being one of the oldest continuous civilisations. I reckon the 65 thousand years of continuous development of Australian first nations might disagree with you. Yes, colonisation tried to eradicate much of those cultures and languages, but it hasn't, and languages, histories, culture all remain. Doesn't mean Egypt isn't amazing, awe inspiring and so multilayered though 😊
Wow! 65 thousand years?! That’s incredible! I had no idea that Australia had been inhabited that long. I will definitely be doing some research into this. And I think Australia needs to move a few pegs up on my travel list! Thank you so much for sharing!
Wow! This is amazing! Thank you SO much for taking us along & sharing this wonderful adventure with us. Egypt was really never on my bucket list, but seeing it through your perspective with the added history tid bits really makes it so much more approachable & possible.❤🌍🐪🏜🧭

I'm happy to see the positive responses from everybody. You guys are welcome now or later, Egypt was always open for natives and non-natives.

@tylerbraun so well worth the wait . Feel like we are there .
Jess sings the intro right?? this has been driving me crazy
I don't think so. I'm pretty sure it's the girl who wrote the jingle/intro if I remember correctly.
Whoever it is, I love it!
No it’s not me 😊
@@jann3443 Me too!💃🏼🎶
