It’s so obvious that he is in love with her. As person who has experienced like her character, the only reason I can think of that she can’t see it or doesn’t see his love for her. She may see it but emotionally she can’t deal with it. That’s another possibility. She really needs a good therapist. I think Carrisi and Rollins as well as Fin/Olivia and Olivia and Stabler show the depth of what partnership means when lives hang in the balance and you have to trust each other totally to make the best possible decision in a given situation. I love how Fin protects Liv. And I love how Stabler defends her. I love how Liv is a mama bear for the whole squad yet is so vulnerable with Noah. Also I love how Carissi and Rollins have each other’s backs. I don’t know if the other girl will have that deep partnership with anyone on the SVU squad. But she seems like she holds her own pretty well
