Love the cabinet over the toilet ( should have been white). I would’ve stuck with the blue and white and made the decorations with pops of color. Love your channel, been watching you since you started.
In the world of design the word "clash" does not exist. The blue and green are great together they have the same weight. One is not more saturated than the other.

The green and blue DO go together perfectly. Color theory is beautiful and you did a great job of finding the shades that blend nicely. I feel like its good that it isnt for everyone thats what sets you apart. Im glad you arent afraid of color

That said, I think the shells, the soap dispenser with vines/florals and the cabinet with curved lines still give it a feminine vibe despite the inclusion of the green.

This bathroom is super cute, even if it's not my style I can appreciate a well designed space. Especially, if it also serves as a guest bath... you can make more bolder choices there. The only thing we didn't see in this renovation video was the green light fixture you got for the shower, I thought it was super cute. Didn't it make the cut?
I like the idea of the shell mirror but i would add some caulk or mortar around the shells and feather it out so it looks like its a custom made frame and not so much like the shells were glued on. I do like the coastal theme! 🐚

Hi Carrie! Thank you so much! The board we used in the bathroom isn't quite tall enough for a bedroom wall. We may have been able to stack it, but I imagine the seam would be impossible to cover. I wish, though! The green is color matched. We brought in a shelf from the cabinet to get the same color. I''m so happy you like it!

Love the green and shell mirror. I am not a fan of the blue wall with the green though. I would have used something more neutral instead of the blue or a blue with green undertones like seaglass.
That mirror had to take forever. It looks great. But I would have never had the patience to do that. I like the green. I once had my old guest bathroom painted a lime green. It was a happy color. I changed it to yellow. The green was overpowering, I like the green you choose. I also liked the stripes. But it’s your house, and as long as you’re happy, that’s all that really matters.
