If Kobe’s best attribute was his scoring and yet Allen iverson has more of those than him it’s not a crime to say hey this guy is not better than lebron or even Kareem. Every aspect offensive and defensive without having any weaknesses or at least the least weaknesses in their game, skill set, etc. And LeBron is very limited compared to other greats as far as basketball skill, and mastery.

Kobe played in a stacked Western conference and still won back to back finals without a top 75 player. In fact, he's the only player to do so. He has more 40 points, 50 points, and 60 point games than Lebron. Kobe was the reason why that Redeem Team won the gold in 2008 and 2012. Without Kobe, they lose. And don't say it's because Lebron was a rookie. MJ won gold as a rookie, so if Lebron is supposedly the GOAT, he should have done it when he had the chance. Kobe has more all-defensive team selections, so he's better at defense and offense. Also, Kobe's mindset is infinitely stronger than Lebron. Nah man, people that know basketball realize that Kobe will always be better than Lebron.

Here's my theory. The media kept hyping up EVERY young and talented wing as "the next MJ." First it was Grant Hill, then Vince Carter, then Kobe, then LeBron, then etc.
But it took until Kobe RETIRED for people to examine the historical record and the STYLE OF PLAY to realize:
It is IMPOSSIBLE to play like MJ unless you are PRETERNATURALLY GIFTED. Nobody can even IMITATE MJ because his combination of SKILL, Fundamentals, High hopes IQ, and Athleticism have never been seen before....until Kobe.
Kobe is the ONLY one to really do MJs skill-level, real justice, and give fans a view of what MJ was like - UNGUARDABLE.
81 Point Kobe was like "oh crap, so this is what THE BEST VERSION OF MJ would do in this era!"
There's a REASON MJ has said the ONLY player who might be able to beat him one on one is Kobe.
Kobe ACTUALLY UPLIFTED MJs legacy because he showed that in order to PLAY LIKE MJ, you LITERALLY have to be the HARDEST WORKING ATHLETE EVER, and even then you might end up a ring short (6rings for MJ > 5rings for Kobe).
MJ is the GOAT, Kobe is #2 EVER. Kobe won more with less talent than Kareem and Magic and Bird and Wilt and Russell.

      @mekacrab 3 місяці тому +2

@@sou_galoo8707 Yeah, I think Kobe is higher than LeBron. If you look at their resume, Kobe has a better one. The only thing Kobe lacks is MVPs. Kobe has more all-defensive teams (literally twice the amount of LeBron), more rings and so on.
I will even say that Kobe had overall on his career less help than LeBron had. Yes, he had Shaq, but then he didn't have Shaq and Gasol and the rest are clearly not as good as most of the teams LeBron had.
And btw, Kobe did all of that in the harder western conference.
I know that the mainstream media looooove to ignore the bad stuff about LeBron and to trash on players that came before him. They constantly downplay other all-time greats like Jordan and Kobe and so on to make LeBron look better.
It has been confirmed several times that LeBron's agency Klutch Sports was trying and did control what big media channel talked about.
You never wonder why they only talk about LeBron 24/7 ? Even when he's not in the playoffs anymore ? Even when there is litterally nothing relevant going on with him ?
I also thought LeBron was #2 back at the time, until I fact checked what the media was saying and looked at who else was top 10. And I can confidently say that LeBron is not second at all. He wants everyone to believe that he's the King, and the GOAT, but he's not. Otherwise he wouldn't have to say that he's the GOAT. He's clearly trying to convince us, like a politician would.
Me being critical is not hate. I don't hate LeBron, I respect his game. Although I don't respect what he usually says off the court and the way he acts. And the nepotism. But that's an other story.
Saying "you're a hater" is an easy way to avoid debate and to avoid seeing the truth. But I guess a lot of you don't want to see the truth. So is the human behavior I guess.

DUDE, Lebron ALREADY has the record for most MISSED shots when you include the playoffs.
Its already happened. The media likes to pretend like the playoffs don't count when it does. In fact, playoff MISSES should count MORE.
And guess who has the PLAYOFF RECORD for MOST MISSED SHOTS?
      LeBalco.
Guess who has the playoff record for most TURNOVERS?
      LeBalco.
Guess who has the NBA record for most MISSED Free Throws in the playoffs?
      LeBalco.
Guess who has the most TURNOVERS in the 4th Quarter in playoff history (by far)?
      LeBalco.
Guess who has the most MISSED FGs in "Clutch Situations" in playoff HISTORY?
      LeBalco.
The TURNOVERS stat could be it's own video. And ANOTHER idea I had for a video my dog Skap could do is on Lebron PADDING HIS STATS and his FAKE EFFICIENCY numbers by FLOPPING to the free throw line. Through 15 seasons, LeBalco has 500+ Free Throws more than MJ. He has over 600+ Free Throws more than Kobe. Of his Total scoring output, a FAR HIGHER PERCENTAGE of Lebron's scoring has come from the Free throw line than both Kobe and MJ. And, lastly, there have been THOUSANDS of LeBronze's MISSED FGs at the rim that have been BAILED out by Free Throw calls. If you took away even 10% of those calls, his field goal % DRASTICALLY plummets because MISSED FGs that were ERRONEOUSLY called as FOULS would be correctly registered as MISSED FGs.
This gets EXPOSED in CLUTCH TIME when the refs swallow their whistles in close games and let the players decide.
For anybody who needs a refresher, in the two biggest games of Lebalcos CAREER, Game 6 of the 2013 Finals, in the 4th Quarter he bricked a ton AND led all players in TOs until Ray Allen saved his butt. And in the 4th quarter in 2016, game 7, LeBalco MISSED FOUR STRAIGHT FGs playing hero ball until Kyrie BAILED him out with the most important shot in the history of the Cavaliers franchise (especially because it was a 3 and NOT a 2 point FG, to out the game out of reach, which is something that isnt spoken about enough).
Lastly, could you do one on how Lebrons BAD DEFENSE on KD and Kawhi led to Finals LOSSES and how Lebron RARELY EVER guards the teams best player for any length of time in the playoffs - and when he does he gets COOKED.
KD and Kawhi has 3 of the top 10 Game Scores for ANY Small Forwards in the history of the NBA FINALS. All vs LeSteroids.
      So to summarize, next video:
LeBalco's Turnovers (especially in big games and in the 4th quarter).
His RELIANCE on Free Throws to prop up both his "efficiency" stats (especially fg%) and his scoring output.
His 65% CAREER 4th Quarter free throw %.
And lastly, his bad defense in the Finals cost him 3 rings at least.
So much material to plumb from! 😂😂😂
      Love you Skap! ❤

@@skap_attackLebron ALREADY has the record for most MISSED shots when you include the playoffs.
Bronsexuals use the "the went 16-6 vs Kobe in the regular season." Which is easily debunked by, 1, showing ALL the super stars with WINNING records vs Lebronze in the regular season (e.g. Paul Pierce, Duncan, Curry, Kawhi, Jokic etc). You can also show how REGULAR SEASON matchups are meaningless: Phoenix Suns beat Minnesota (2023/2024) FOUR STRAIGHT TIMES in the regular season (4-0), only to get SWEPT by the exact same Minnesota team when the real games matter in the playoffs. That alone is sufficient to debunk the silly "LeBum was 16-6 vs Kobe in the regular season" 😂😂😂. And then you can show THREE STRAIGHT POST SEASONS of Kobe BEATING TEAMS that directly annihilated Lebron in the post season (07 Spurs, Kobe gentleman swept in 2008 WCF, 2009 Magic, Kobe gentleman swept in the 2009 Finals, 2010 Boston which Kobe came BACK from 3-2 down - with two broken bones in his shooting hand and a partially torn meniscus - to BEAT the Boston team that sent LeBronze packing to south beach.
As for the "Most Missed Shots" record, it's already happened. The media likes to pretend like the playoffs don't count when it does. In fact, playoff MISSES should count MORE.
And guess who has the PLAYOFF RECORD for MOST MISSED SHOTS?

Can't agree more. The hypocricy, and disrespect for Kobe's greatness has been something that has always rubbed me raw. I can't stand how people talk about Kobe's first 3 championships as if they didn't happen, or talk as if Kobe was in sitting in a car seat with a pacifier while Shaq was driving. It's revisionist history. Every great player played with at least one other great player. I was alive to see those championship runs, and the toxic media debate at the time was "who's team is it"? How is their a question in the media back then if Kobe was being carried by Shaq? In fact, Kobe covered for Shaq a lot of times when Shaq was sitting out from having surgery, being out of shape, or being stuck in foul trouble. Without both of those guys playing together at the height of their powers, the Lakers don't 3-peat back then.

You sound like a child. Kobe is better than LeBron based on NUMBERS ALONE.
MJ and Kobe are the two best players ever. Lebron is overrated when you take into account PEDs, Superteams, and the most uncompetitive Eastern Conference in NBA history. I have a scoring system, my list is not based off of opinion, this is how I score it and the top 25 NBA resumes of all time according to it:

Again this not my opinion this is how they score off of the system, LeBron is pushing top 5 but not there, for all the Steph heads that be putting him in the top 5 or 10, y'all have jumped the gun big time, he's gonna end up top 15 more than likely, but as of rn he is fighting for the bottom spot in the top 20, Joker is coming in here this year too, to describe his rise as meteoric would be an understatement, he has the realest shot at knocking Mike off outta all theses guys, but he won't touch MIke because I doubt he gets to 4 rings let alone 6.
      _____________________
      If its by SKILL?
Lebron is NOT a top 25 player all-time. Yes, in pure SKILL, Lebron is not a top 25 player all time. He's overrated on fundamentels and technique. If travelling were called as it is at the high school level, let alone the college level, LeBron would average 10 TOs per game. But the NBA has to protect their cashcow so the refs, with stunning regularity, swallow their whistles when the guy TRAVELS over and over and over again.
People who say LeBron is better than Kobe didn't actually watch the games. Its an IQ test: high IQ pick Kobe; low IQ pick LeBron.

Kobe LED THE ENTIRE 2001 PLAYOFFS IN WIN SHARES. Kobe > LeBron. Daniel Gibson BAILED OUT LeSteroids in 2007, 31 points, 5/5 on 3, vs Detroit in Game 6. Dude is CONSTANTLY bailed out by better teammtes and his fanboys will ignore it and cherry pick one stat they think they can deceive people with who's better boils down to WINNING AND LOSING.
Dirks ON PAPER STATS in the 2011 Finals werent THAT great (he shot under 43%), but the reason he won Finals MVP wasnt because of STATS but because he MADE THE CRUCIAL SHOTS WHEN THEY NEEDED TO BE MADE.
Bron fans will forever wonder why MOST FANS pick Kobe and MOST PLAYERS pick Kobe over LeBron. This is why. LeBron and his fans obsess over stats while the rest of care ABOUT WHO WON THE GAME.
if the stats dont lead to WINNING, nobody cares.
Dirks LEGENDARY Finals in 2011: 26 PPG, 9.7 Rebs, 2A, 41.6% FG, BUT he shot 97.8 FROM THE FREE THROW LINE and that was CRUCIAL in a series decided by several ONE to TWO possession games.
So are you going to DARE TELL ME LeBron's 2017 Finals was BETTER THAN Dirks 2011 Finals because 2017 Bron in the Finals had "better stats across the board?" Or will you concede that 2011 Dirk was better than 2017 Bron because 2011 Dirk got the job done when it counted?

I’m a child but Kobe fans aren’t emotional?!?😂😂😂 I’m not even a proponent of Lebron btw. All that sounds good but let’s be foreal. All that you stated makes him great but he’s not greater than Lebron let alone again in the top 10 All Time. For starters, let me list my top 10 : 1. Michael Jordan, 2. Bill Russell, 3. Kareem, 4. Magic Johnson,5. Larry Bird, 6. Lebron James, 7. Shaq, 8. Wilt, 9. Tim Duncan, 10. Hakeem Olajuwon. For the sake of the argument, I have Kobe in my top 15. Everyone in my top 10 has a case for being the best at their position all time and we both know Kobe isn’t better than Michael. Number 2 he was never the undisputed best player in the league throughout his tenure in the league. Late 90s was Mike, Early 2000s was Shaq, Mid 2000s was Tim Duncan and Late 2000s Lebron was considered the best player. Hence why he has 1 MVP in 20 seasons. Now you can make a case for 2008-2010 and I won’t argue with you for the sake of him being able to win back to back. Out the 5 rings he has, he was only the driving force on 2 of those teams. I can’t put you above any of the those guys on my list for that. After he ran Shaq out of town, he wasn’t a contender until he got Pau Gasoline and Phil Jackson back. Like let’s be honest would you consider him in the same esteem if he didn’t win those 2 titles to end the decade? I wouldn’t. The 2 rings is the only reason he that high on my list. All the accomplishments you named mean nothing when it doesn’t contribute to winning. Whether you like it or not, Lebron James brings more to the table than Kobe. And before you come up with all the superteam bullshit, based off of how much Kobe cried when he wasn’t winning, I’m sure if Jerry Bust was spineless like much of Lebron’s GMs out side of Pat Riley, he’d have done some of the same things. He was trying to force trades to different teams and alienating teammates etc. Lebron resume no matter how you look at it is better than Kobe’s. Every ring he won, he was the driving force. Every team he’s come to has been able to win 50+ games and be playoff team. You can come up with all the excuse you want but he a greater all time player. Now is Kobe more skilled, id agree that his a more skilled scorer but in terms of running an offense, Lebron is smoking him. The dude hasn’t ran a real system In literally a decade ( Miami Heat) and his teams still compete for titles. I can’t name anything Kobe did to change the NBA either considering he stole all his moves from the GOAT and by himself he just scored alot of points and took alot of bad shots.

Didn’t he get swept by the same team in 2011?!?😂😂 What about 2006?!? Stop it dude. Outside of 2011 and if we go individual performance for performance, Kobe’s going to lose. None of his playoff performances doesn’t rank top 25 According to bleacher report who’s a Kobe stan.
