@@nadinedenez21 I didn't get the newer model. The older model is doing a good enough job for me. However, this video makes the newer model look better than the older model. I'll probably only upgrade models whenever my current steamer stops working. Good luck to you.
Thank you for explaining this clearly . I was only about to replace the regular iron I’ve had when a friend of mine bought this 2 in 1 steam and iron at Costco ; I’ve never own clothes steamer before; I do have trouble removing the attachments.. would possibly risk burning my hand if I’ve to exchange attachments from one to another in between ironing different clothes materials ?
thank you for the video. Much appreciated. I got this as a gift. Only comment is using the iron only even at turbo setting is not hot enough to use alone to get rid of the wrinkles. I thought it mus be defective (?) but using it wth steam will get rid of the wrinkes. So I'm hesitant at this time to give a 5 star review.
appreciate this video! thank you! I have bought this recently and didnt know how to use the accessories and this video just help me use this steamer more efficiently.
Your explanation was incredible. I just buy this item and really don't have any idea of how to use it in an effective way. But with your video I feel pretty confident to use it. Thanks a lot.
Hello ! Quick question, what would you recommend when disinfecting on delicates ? Just maintain the steam on the Low setting ? And would at any point press any buttons to add more steam ? Would it make a difference ?
Thanks for the clear review & demo!! My mom bought it at Costco & couldn't figure out how to use it as a steamer 😅 I sent her this video & we'll see if she's able to use it! 🤞🏻
Grrrreat video!!!What is the voltage on this product? Is it singular or dual? Trying to see if I need an adapter or converter when traveling abroad. Thank you!
mine stopped working after few months, it doesn't blow steam as it used to before. my clothes are unpressed - I am disappointed I bought 2 of these and both of them are acting like this
I have this steamer and it spits so much water on the floor. After a few minutes of steaming there is a giant pool of water on the floor and my shirt is still full of creases. Does it happen to you as well or did I get a faulty unit? It emits steam but it leaves behind a huge mess of water
Thank you so much for not showing how to fill the water. I really didn't know how to pour the water into the container, hic hic! Even after watching all your videos, I still don't know how to do it!
Very helpful video. I have the previous model, but if this model is better, I'm getting it.
Do you liked? Witch one is better?

You’re so welcome! I’m glad it was helpful. 💖
The second time I used it, a lot of water was coming out and wetting fabric. Have I done something wrong? First time didnt happen
Don’t over-fill with water. Should be one inch from the top free of water..
Oh wow, does anyone know how much it costs in Costco, plz ?
You can catch it on sale at Costco for $30. Just got one yesterday
