I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. Today (December 18), Luke 3:2b-6, 15-18 was the basis for our Sunday School Lesson of the Day. It was entitled "John the Baptist Appears." And here is hoping that everyone reading this has a Merry Christmas.
