I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. Today (December 18), Luke 3:2b-6, 15-18 was the basis for our Sunday School Lesson of the Day. It was entitled "John the Baptist Appears." And here is hoping that everyone reading this has a Merry Christmas.
I don't know why I always liked John the Baptist. Not very much about him but he was supposed to loose his light and Jesus gained.
I always wondered about eating locusts. Is that allowed?
Yes, Leviticus 11:22.
What year?
