I figured out Frank West's game plan: Take Photos of his opponents and get to level 4 quickly in order to gain access to his Chainsaw movelist... who else has a complicated moveset like Frank and Phoenix? I want to make the most complex team ever...

@DETHxWOLF in theory its a great mechanic to have that, and stops there. there would be nearly no warning system to tell your team mate that hes gonna tag him in, they have to call the assist in themselves, how would team hyper combos work? its something that was probably in the creators mind but 6 is alot, at least for now. capcom just has to devise a genius system for it to work. they did it with SFxT (tho thats 2 on 2)
@Demon23666 Actually you can use that hyper at any level, it's just weaker until you reach lvl 4, and if you somehow make it to lvl 5 (you have to do a long combo and then make sure you use your camera) the paddlesaw version of it gets an even bigger damage bonus

When I said complex, I meant how you have to do extra things while fighting... Phoenix Wright has to find evidence and get into turnabout mode to actually start doing major damage... Frank West has to take photos of his opponent to level up to use his chainsaws... Just need to figure out one other character that requires you to do extra work to be better and then you can claim to have the most complicated team ever...
@FellaDudeMan I can't tell if that's sarcasm because Nova is definitely questionable. He's literally a character with pieces of almost every other character. But Strange is very very unique so...

Frank's lvl 3 was WAAAAAAAAAY cooler in TvC. How he rammed his foe through and army of zombies before smashing them to the ground. Also, shame he has no reference to the Real Mega Buster this time round. Apart from that, he looks like a blast to play. Liking that lvl up system he has.

@JReuben well, i have work on monday, i'll spend 3 hours learning all the little tricks and traps of the vanilla and new characters that i will play, i'll then play arcade for an hour (as one of the three of training) to get some titles and pictures then after that, i'll be stocking up on mountain dew and snacks and then i'm good to go for hours upon hours of ultimate online
@FellaDudeMan Rest of the Dead Rising Cast? The only other character to put would be Chuck Greene and there's no point in that if they have Frank. DMC, there could have been a couple others like Lady or Nero but it would have gotten stale probably.

@ksmove24 If nothing else they could at least release a Ken skin/outfit for Ryu as DLC. Just have the name bar, voice, and model change to Ken. Similar to how in Tekken Eddie Gordo and Christie are skins of the same moveset. Seems like a no brainer.
@TheRestore7 Technically, it's an Australian accent (I think), but as for why? I'd say the developers just wanted to make him even more badass. Kind of like Yahtzee Croshaw's British accent. Though I'm not a fan of his, people tell me that his "reviews" wouldn't be the same without his accent.
@brounsville699 Ken wouldn't work well because the game seems to have every char being quite separate from one another. Ryu and Ken break that flow together. That's why Punisher is not in since we got Chris Redfield.

@Kairosbland The DLC costume in vanilla mvc3 isnt a ken costume, its Ryu from the first Street Fighter.
Frank's maximum level looks insanely scary. It's like he has screen-filling reach with his moves by then.
