It's largest exporter and second largest producer of rice in the world. Everyone can afford rice without waiting for Ambani 's donations as rich people don't need it and for poor people India have public distribution system where 80 crore Indians get 5kg rice/head / month at Rs. 2 to Rs. 5 .
